1. Speak to Lorbumol gro-Aglakh at the Fighters Guild in Vivec for your orders.
2. Travel to Ebonheart to collect a bounty on Rufinus Alleius.
3. Find the magistrate at the Grand Council and kill him.
4. Return to Lorbumol to complete the quest.

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec Fighters Guild asks you to collect yet another bounty on a magistrate (judge) in the Grand Council of Ebonheart, Rufinus Alleius.

[edit] Alleius' Bounty

Take a boat to Ebonheart and kill the magistrate in the Grand Council.

Return to Lorbumol for your 1,000 gold bounty.

• If you check with Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Fighters Guild about this, he will suggest that you deny Lorbumol's request (this is the last quest Lorbumol gives you anyways).

• Rufinus Alleius also plays a role in the Lord's Mail quest.
