Talk to Edd Theman at the Telvanni Council Chamber in Sadrith Mora for chores.
Get five Standard Potions of Invisibility for Eddie to bring you the Amulet of Unity.
Return to Eddie once he's got the amulet to receive it and complete the quest.

Once you recruit Fast Eddie and he arrives at the Telvanni Council Chamber in Sadrith Mora, he will ask you to give him five Standard Potions of Invisibility (only store-bought ones will work) in order for him to retrieve a magical amulet from the mainland. You can get one at the Alchemist in Sadrith Mora, and you can get an additional bottle at each Mages Guild, the Alchemist in Balmora has one as well.

Get five invisibility potions from a store or elsewhere (home-made potions won't do). Once you bring him the potions, wait until you receive a journal entry in five days when he has returned. Visit Eddie again to receive the Amulet of Unity.

You can do this quest before you recruit Eddie as a Mouth if you are already a Wizard.
