This ghost occupies an otherwise abandoned tenament on the Waistworks level of Vivec's St. Delyn Canton. It appears based on the ID that it was intended to be involved in some quest for the Fighters Guild, but whatever this was, it has since been removed, leaving just a somewhat-more-powerful-than-usual Ancestor Ghost with a different name haunting this small residence.
