Andil is a male Altmer Apothecary who sells ingredients, apparatus, and potions in the Services Tower of Tel Vos. He has a minor part in a quest for House Telvanni, but is otherwise not very notable. He is a restocking vendor of the following ingredients: Black Anther, Gold Kanet, Kresh Fiber, Marshmerrow, Scathecraw, Shalk Resin and Stoneflower Petals.

- Cure Blight: Deliver three Cure Blight potions to an alchemist in Tel Vos.
- Look for a Grandmaster's Retort on the bottom shelf opposite from his counter area. He'll sell it to you, but if you time it right, you can hide behind the pillar and grab it unnoticed.
