Balur's Farmhouse is a small farmhouse in the Ascadian Isles, to the north of Vivec. ^[edit]

The farmhouse is located on the main road between Pelagiad and Vivec, just south-west of Lake Hairan. The farmer Balur Salvu is outside. The main crop here is Marshmerrow and Corkbulb Root.
