Bensamsi is a cave that has been taken over by the Sixth House. ^[edit]

It is located in the northern Ashlands (west of the Zergonipal Daedric shrine, or northeast of Kogoruhn) (Position: 25280, 128773). It contains a mix of ash creatures, undead creatures, several Dreamers and even one random Daedra, but no unique monsters and no unique treasure. A couple of gems, a couple of scrolls, a few potions, a couple of small chests full of gold and yet another Sixth House Bell Hammer are pretty much all there is to find here.
