Tucked away in Vivec's sprawling Foreign Quarter, the Black Shalk Cornerclub has long been a haven for those seeking to dodge the unforgiving Tribunal Temple law. Located in the eastern end of the Lower Waistworks, the Publican Raril Giral offers food, drinks, and beds to all visitors. Some Dunmer take offense at the Argonian assassin Huleeya. Huleeya is a merchant/trainer, however, selling thieves tools and training the player in assassin-class skills.
