Ciralinde

Ciralinde is a High Elf slave found at the Slave Market in Tel Aruhn. Altmer are very unaccustomed to slavery, and the slave master Savile Imayn thinks she is worth her price for the rarity alone. Savile claims that she acquired Ciralinde through completely legal means however, and that she was actually a wanted criminal.

You can buy Ciralinde as a personal slave from Savile for a non-negotiable sum of 1000 gold. After purchasing her, she will act as a follower and aid you in fights. But since she is unarmed and unarmored except for her slave bracer, she is not of much use. The main reason to purchase her is to free her, which you will be able to do anywhere once you have purchased her (you will not be able to free her otherwise). Freeing her will help you win the respect of the Twin Lamps. She will stop following you once you free her.

Besides her slave bracer, Ciralinde wears a common skirt. Aside from her natural weaknesses to fire, frost, shock, and magicka, her natural bonus to magicka, and resistance to disease, she knows no spells.
