- Notes
- Cost Per Use gives the amount of charge required to use the item at an Enchant skill of 1 and 100.

Note: There is a second Heart Ring listed in the Construction Set, ID: artifact_heart_ring. It has a weaker enchantment, missing the Magicka, Shock, and Paralysis resists, and the durations of the effects are all set to 0 for some reason. Needless to say, this item is not very useful.

Mentor's Ring
| Type | Ring | |||
| Statistics | ||||
| 0.1 | 8,000 | |||
| Enchantment | ||||
|

The Mentor's Ring is a prized possession for any apprentice to magic. It lends the wearer the ability to increase their intelligence and wisdom, thus making their use of magic more efficient. The High Wizard Carni Asron is said to be the creator of the Ring. It was a construct for his young apprentices while studying under his guidance. After Asron's death, the Ring and several other possessions vanished and have been circulated throughout Tamriel. —Yagrum Bagarn, Tamrielic Lore
The ring is found in the Samarys Ancestral Tomb (northwest from Seyda Neen) in the urn on the altar labeled Lord Brinne.
[edit]
Moon-and-Star
| Type | Ring | |||
| Statistics | ||||
| 0.1 | 2,000 | |||
| Enchantment | ||||
|
||||
Moon-and-Star is a Dwarven artifact ring of Chimer hero Nerevar. It was forged by one of the smiths of Dwemer Sorcerer-priest Kagrenac and blessed by the Daedric Goddess Azura. The ring lent Nerevar supernatural powers of persuasion and indisputable proof of identity, since any other who tried to wear it would be killed instantly. The Moon-and-Star helped Nerevar unite the warring Chimer clans, and form the First Council which included the Dwemer.
Moon-and-Star played a role in the Nerevarine Prophecies, as it allowed the Nerevarine, the reincarnation of Nerevar, to again unite the Great Houses and Ashlander clans, this time in the battle against the forces of Dagoth Ur.
The ring is received from Azura in the Cavern of the Incarnate during the Third Trial of the Main Quest. See The Path of the Incarnate quest for more information.
[edit]
Ring of Khajiit
| Type | Ring | |||
| Statistics | ||||
| 0.1 | 18,000 | |||
| Enchantment | ||||
|
||||
| Charge/Cost = Uses | 265/53 = 5 | |||
The Ring of the Khajiit is an ancient relic, hundreds of years older than Rajhin, the thief that made the Ring famous. It was Rajhin who used the Ring's powers to make himself invisible and as quick as the breath of wind. Using the Ring, he became the most successful burglar in Elsweyr's history. Rajhin's eventual fate is a mystery, but according to legend, the Ring rebelled against such constant use and disappeared, leaving Rajhin helpless before his enemies. —Yagrum Bagarn, Tamrielic Lore
Received as a reward for Mephala's Quest, this ring lends itself for stealthy exploration and rapid getaways.
[edit] Notes
- This ring also appears in Arena, Daggerfall, and Oblivion, with similar enchantments but in the latter two it is an artifact of Meridia, not Mephala.
[edit]
Ring of Phynaster
| Type | Ring | |||
| Statistics | ||||
| 0.1 | 18,000 | |||
| Enchantment | ||||
|
||||
The Ring of Phynaster was made hundreds of years ago by a man who needed good defenses to survive his adventurous life. Thanks to the Ring, Phynaster lived for hundreds of years, and since then it has passed from person to person. The Ring improves its wearer's overall resistance to poison, magicka, and shock. Still, Phynaster was cunning and cursed the ring so that it eventually disappears from its holder's possessions and returns to another resting place, discontent to stay anywhere but with Phynaster himself. —Yagrum Bagarn, Tamrielic Lore
Found in the Senim Ancestral Tomb (southeast from Dagon Fel, on the corpse of Pop Je, on the altar at the end of the tomb).
[edit] Notes
- This ring also appeared in Arena, with a similar enchantment.
- Phynaster is one of the high ancestors of the Aldmeri worship.
- As part of the Tribunal expansion, this artifact can be sold to Torasa Aram in the museum for 9,000 gold.

Received from Larrius Varro at Moonmoth Legion Fort as a reward for taking care of some bad people in Balmora. See the Larrius Varro Tells a Little Story quest for more information.
This can also be found at the Dren Plantation: in a small locked chest in the Tower Shack (which is near the slaves' shacks). It is ironic that the ring is acquired as a reward for killing members of the Camonna Tong, but can also be found in the headquarters of the Camonna Tong kingpin himself, Orvas Dren.
[edit]
Ring of the Wind
| Type | Ring | |||
| Statistics | ||||
| 0.1 | 8,000 | |||
| Enchantment | ||||
|
||||
No facts are known about the Ring of the Wind, but the title and the few rumors lend one to think it grants the wearer added speed. —Yagrum Bagarn, Tamrielic Lore
It is found on Galmis Dren in the Nammu cave (on the mainland, west of Tel Aruhn).

Soul Ring
| Type | Ring | |||

Vampiric Ring
| Type | Ring | |||
| Statistics | ||||
| 0.1 | 32,000 | |||
| Enchantment | ||||
|
||||
| Charge/Cost = Uses | 300/150 = 2 | |||
One of the more deadly and rare artifacts in Tamriel is the Vampiric Ring. It is said that the Ring has the power to steal its victim's health and grant it to the wearer. The exact nature and origin of the Ring is wholly unknown, but many elders speak of its evil creation in Morrowind long, long ago by a cult of Vampire followers. The Vampiric Ring is an extremely rare artifact and is only seen every few hundred cycles of the moons. —Yagrum Bagarn, Tamrielic Lore
The powerful Vampiric Ring is held by a Skeleton War-Wizard, located on the top level of the Velothi Tower Ald Redaynia. You'll come across this ring in the Thieves Guild quest The Bitter Cup.
Since few have resistance to magicka, the Vampiric Ring is possibly the most damaging ring in the game, though it holds only two charges.
[edit] Notes
- As part of the Tribunal expansion, this artifact can be sold to Torasa Aram in the museum for 16,000 gold.
[edit]
Warlock's Ring
| Type | Ring | |||
| Statistics | ||||
| 0.1 | 22,000 | |||
| Enchantment | ||||
|
||||
| Charge/Cost = Uses | 1,240/248 = 5 | |||
The Warlock's Ring of the Archmage Syrabane is one of the most popular relics of myth and fable. In Tamriel's ancient history, Syrabane saved all of the continent by judicious use of his Ring, and ever since, it has helped adventurers with less lofty goals. It is best known for its ability to reflect spells cast at its wearer and to improve his or her speed and to restore health. No adventurer can wear the Warlock's Ring for long, for it is said that the Ring is Syrabane's alone to command. —Yagrum Bagarn, Tamrielic Lore
Ajira, in the Balmora Guild of Mages, will tell you about this ring after you've found the Staff of Magnus.
The ring is currently held by Vindamea Drethan in Ashirbadon, a cave on a small island east of the ruins of Bal Fell, just east of the city of Vivec at the bottom of the map.
[edit] Notes
- Despite the in-game description, this ring does not have a Restore Health enchantment. This more closely describes the Daggerfall and Arena versions of this artifact.
- With the installation of the Tribunal expansion, this artifact can be sold to Torasa Aram in the museum for 11,000 gold.
