Crab Meat is found by killing Mudcrabs, which can be found in great numbers wherever there is water. Each mudcrab can yield 0-2 portions. Being among the weakest and most abundant creatures in the game, you should always be able to keep a steady supply of it. It is also commonly found in food stashes in inns, taverns, and peoples' houses. But just in case you want to really load up on it, here is a list of vendors who keep a restocking supply:
