Danso Indules is a female Dunmer Healer who can be found outside the High Fane in Vivec. There she sells potions and spells to all who need them, and also serves as the first person you should speak to if you seek an audience with the Archcanon. She will even let you in on a little secret about how to get into Saryoni's quarters without causing trouble with the Ordinators, of whom she seems to have no love. Of particular note is the fact that she sells Levitation potions, which can be donated to the shrine nearby in order to get a full day's worth of Levitation, allowing you to travel almost anywhere in Vvardenfell without touching the ground.
