Darns Tedalen is the head of mining operations at the Sudanit ebony mine in the Ashlands region. You may be sent to kill him by House Hlaalu, thus shutting down the mine in order to ensure the Ebony trade agreement with the East Empire Company, though there are more peaceful ways to accomplish this.
