1. (Optional) Talk to Llerar Mandas in the Grand Council Chambers in Ebonheart.
2. Travel to Tel Fyr and rescue Delyna Mandas.
3. Escort her to the outside of Tel Fyr.
4. Return to Llerar Mandas for your reward, an Ebony Closed Helm.

You can start this quest in several ways: Either talk to Llerar Mandas in the Grand Council Chambers in Ebonheart. He will tell you that his son Arethan Mandas went mad after Divayth Fyr kidnapped Arethan's daughter, Delyna. Llerar believes that the return of Delyna just might cure Arethan's madness. Or, if you are not a member of House Redoran, you can talk to Delyna Mandas, who will give you a locket to show to her father.

Delyna Mandas is held for ransom by Divayth Fyr in the basement of Tel Fyr behind a level-60 locked and trapped Golden Door. If you talk to the old Wizard he seems to have forgotten about Delyna.

[edit] Rescue Delyna Mandas

Don't worry about Fyr's daughters, they don't seem to care. Either use the special key after solving Divayth's puzzle, pick the lock and disarm the trap on the the door, or use a 60pt. Open spell and Telekinesis to free her. Escort Delyna to the tower entrance. Once there, she will talk to you and give you an amulet that you can show to her father, Arethan Mandas, in a separate quest.

Report back to grandfather Llerar in Ebonheart with the good news, you get a reward of an Ebony Closed Helm.

• Even if you're not a member of House Redoran, you can do this quest by saving Delyna and then talking to Llerar Mandas.
• Consider combining this quest with The Mad Lord of Milk.

70		Delyna Mandas made it safely out of Tel Fyr.
90		Delyna Mandas mentioned that her father, Arethan Mandas is probably worried about her. She gave me a locket to take to Arethan Mandas as proof that she is safe.
100		Llerar Mandas thanked me for rescuing his granddaughter, Delyna Mandas.
