Talk to Endryn Llethan at the High Fane in Vivec for your duties.
Go to the Arena Canton to convince Tanusea Veloth to leave the city.
Find Tanusea in the pit and convince her to leave.
Return to Endryn to complete the quest.

Endryn Llethan in the Vivec High Fane Temple asks you to convince Tanusea Veloth here in Vivec to leave the city, since she has contracted Corprus and may spread the incurable disease to others. Endryn suggests that since she is a devout pilgrim, she may be impressed if you show your devotion to the Temple's teachings. Llethan only knows that she is somewhere in the Arena Canton.

Make your way to the Arena just to the north and find Tanusea in the pit (you should be able to ask people where she is, but you have to talk to Llethan again to get any dialogue topics for her, check the north-east corner). Talk with her and if your disposition is high enough (around 80) you can convince her to leave Vivec just "because you asked her to." Alternatively, if you have a copy of Saryoni's Sermons on hand, you can quote from that, and she will leave.

Return to Endryn for your reward of two Potions of Cure Blight Disease and a disposition boost (but only if you didn't have to kill her).

Sometimes, Tanusea Veloth isn't at the Arena, then you will have to reload on Xbox or use the Journal console commands listed below on the PC.
Tanusea later "moves" (scripted) to "Tower of Tel Fyr, Hall of Fyr".

If you kill Tanusea and then search her corpse, you may contract Corprus that even Divayth Fyr can't cure, and your Main Quest is ruined.

10	Endryn Llethan asked me to speak with the holy pilgrim Tanusea Veloth. She has Corprus disease and may spread it to others here in Vivec, but she is blessed by Almalexia and does not suffer from the disease. I must find her and convince her to go to the Corprusarium.
30	Tanusea Veloth refused to leave Vivec City. She does not believe that I am pious enough.
40	I saw no other recourse but to kill Tanusea Veloth. The temple has lost a kind soul.
50	I convinced Tanusea Veloth with quotes from the sacred texts of the Temple. She agreed to go to the Corprusarium.
100	Endryn Llethan thanked me for convincing Tanusea Veloth to go to the Corprusarium.
100	Endryn Llethan thanked me for killing Tanusea Veloth and preventing the spread of the Divine Disease.
