Talk to Master Neloth at the Upper Tower in Tel Naga (Sadrith Mora) for chores.
Travel to Tel Aruhn to get the Robe of the Drake's Pride from Senise Thindo.
Talk to the people there to learn that Thindo is in the tower's living quarters.
Kill Thindo to get the robe.
Return to Neloth to complete the quest.

Councillor Neloth in the Upper Tower in Tel Naga (Sadrith Mora) will ask you to retrieve for him the Robe of the Drake's Pride. The robe is currently in the possession of Senise Thindo, a servant of Archmagister Gothren.

Travel to Tel Aruhn and talk to people there to find out that Thindo is in the tower's living quarters. Unfortunately, you must kill her to retrieve the robe.

Return the robe to Neloth to receive some disposition and a whole 10 gold.

You're obviously better off keeping the robe.
This is the only quest you receive from Neloth.
You can give the robe to Master Neloth to finish the quest. If you are disappointed about the reward and decide to kill him, you can retrieve the robe again.
