1. Lorbumol gro-Aglakh asks you to kill some Khajiit named Dro'Sakhar, who has a bounty.
2. Go to St. Olms Canton and ask an ordinator about Dro'Sakhar.
3. Find Dro'Sakhar in the southern canals of St. Olms.
4. Kill him and return to Lorbumol for your reward.

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh at the Fighters Guild in Vivec will tell you about a bounty on the Khajiit Dro'Sakhar, but he doesn't know where he is. He only knows something about St. Olms.

[edit] St. Olms Canton

After asking around in St. Olms, you will notice that nobody knows about this Khajiit (they are all saying that you should ask somebody in St. Olms, even if you are there), but asking an ordinator on this Canton outside will guide you to the South Canals.

[edit] Dro'Sakhar

Dro'Sakhar lives in Canal South Two. He is a very weak thief, so there is nearly no problem to kill him. You will also not incur a bounty under any circumstances. There are no interesting items in his room, only a few alchemical ingredients and some trumpery.

After returning and talking to Lorbumol, you will get a 500 gold reward.

• If you ask Percius Mercius in Ald'ruhn about this quest he'll say that the Khajiit is a known outlaw so the bounty on him is probably a valid one.
