Dronos Llervu is a male Dunmer smith who has a shop in the Lower Level of Ghostgate's Tower of Dusk. He has a selection of armor and a few weapons for sale, as well as offering repair services. Most notably, he has a complete collection of Glass Armor for sale. It's mostly out in full view on his shelves if you care to attempt robbing him instead of buying it. (It is rather expensive.) You can make it a bit easier by luring him out of the room with a Command Humanoid spell and then closing the door to avoid witnesses. (A Lock spell might be a good idea as well.)
