There he sells training (he is the Master Trainer for Illusion), as well as an impressive selection of spells, and custom spellmaking services to all who need them. He is not affiliated with any faction, is not involved in any quests, and does not provide any unique information. Erer's name is mentioned in the book Silence, an Illusion skill book.
