Fadile Balvel

Fadile Balvel is a Dunmer commoner living in the village of Hla Oad. She owns small house there, and is found walking outside. Interestingly, a Nord smuggler named Hrondar Highlander is found inside her house. Any relation between them is unknown, and neither of them has anything to say about the issue.

People around town will tell you that Murudius Flaeus is often seen swimming near her house and are curious as to what he is doing there.

There is a minor inconsistency with the spelling of her name: On her person, she is called "Fadile", but on her house and in dialogue, she is named "Fadila".
