Feruren Oran

Feruren Oran is a Dark Elf spellsword who has a contract on him for the Morag Tong. He can be found at the Elven Nations Cornerclub in the Vivec Hlaalu Canton. When you join the guild, he will be your first mark. He will refuse to talk to you, shunning you with "I don't like the way you've been staring at me," making it impossible to lure him into combat by taunting him. You'll have to either cast Frenzy on him or strip naked in order to kill him without incurring a bounty.

He wears a common shirt with matching gloves, pants, shoes, amulet, and ring. He also carries a steel dai-katana. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Heavy Burden, Great Burden of Sin, Crushing Burden Touch, Tinur's Hoptoad, Strong Levitate, First Barrier, Great Resist Common Disease, Great Resist Fire, Great Resist Frost, Great Resist Magicka, Greater Resist Poison, Great Resist Shock, Magickguard, Daedric Bite, Fire Bite, and Five Fingers of Pain.
