Speak to Lloros Sarano for duties.
Travel to Maar Gan and talk with Tralas Rendas.
Go to the Mila-Nipal camp and speak with Manat Shimmabadas
Either:
- Pay the ransom.
- Kill the Ashlanders.
- Convince them that Beden Giladren is not a noble.
Return to Lloros Sarano.

[edit] Duties

Lloros Sarano in the Ald'ruhn Tribunal Temple will ask you to find another pilgrim, Beden Giladren, who has disappeared while on the way to Maar Gan.

[edit] What Happened to Giladren?

Travel to Maar Gan and ask around town to be directed to Tralas Rendas at the shrine. Rendas will tell you that he remembers an Ashlander recently visited town demanding ransom for a noble with a similar sounding name.

[edit] The Ransom

Go to the Mila-Nipal camp nearby and talk to Manat Shimmabadas, who will tell you that Giladren is a famous noble and demands 5,000 gold to release him. You can pay the ransom (if you are rich), kill the Ashlanders, or you can persuade Manat that Giladren is not a famous noble (you will need to get Giladren to admit he's not famous or a noble as well). This will reduce the ransom tremendously, down to 5 gold.

Report back to Sarano in Ald'ruhn when you've freed Giladren to complete the quest.

10	Lloros Sarano asked me to find the pilgrim Beden Giladren who was on his way from Ald'ruhn to Maar Gan.
30	Tralas Rendas told me that an ashlander came into town recently demanding ransom for a "Bindin Gildaran." Tralas asked me to talk to the ashlanders. Their camp is west of Maar Gan along the road towards the mountains and then south following the mountains.
50	Manat Shimmabadas told me that they have captured the famous noble Beden Giladren and are demanding a ransom of 5000 gold.
55	Manat told me that Beden Giladren is a famous noble of House Redoran. If I have not heard of him, perhaps I should speak with him.
60	Beden Giladren told me that he thought the ashlanders would kill him if he told the truth, so he claimed to be a famous noble.
70	Manat Shimmabadas agreed that Beden Giladren was not worth 5000 gold, and he accepted a ransom of 5 gold.
75	I paid Manat Shimmabadas the ransom of 5000 gold for the release of Beden Giladren.
90	Beden Giladren thanked me for rescuing him. I should report back to Lloros Sarano in Ald'ruhn.
100	Lloros Sarano thanked me for finding Beden Giladren.
