 Detailed Walkthrough
 The Orders
Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Guild of Fighters asks you to deliver a load of twenty Flin to Dangor in the Elith-Pal Mine on the base of the Red Mountain just west of the Zainab Camp (ask him about the camp to have it marked on your map).
The quickest route is to take a Silt Strider up to Khuul, a ship to Dagon Fel, then on to Tel Mora and Vos before trekking southwest to the mine (it is indeed directly west of the Zainab Camp in the mountains). Using the Zainab Camp as a reference point, take the path north away from camp and it will immediately turn west. Follow the path toward Red Mountain and you will come across an entrance to the range, flanked by rock spires. Go straight down this valley and you will see the mine on the left.
 Flin for Elith-Pal
Dangor is in the depths of the ebony mine. To reach him go straight ahead as you enter the mine and follow the tunnels around until you reach an area with two lava pits. The only hostile creatures are a few rats. Dangor will gladly accept the flin. If you're careful, you can steal some ebony for some quick cash, but if anyone sees you take it they will attack you.
Return to Percius for your 500 gold reward, and a bottle of Cyrodiilic Brandy if you join him in a drink.
- If you kill Dangor during the quest for any reason, Percius will be disgusted with you and his disposition towards you will drop 30 points as long as it was 50+ beforehand. If Dangor is dead before the quest starts, there is no penalty, but you don't get the reward either.
