Frenzy M points for D seconds
Increase the target's Aggression (i.e., its inclination to attack). This is actually two effects: Frenzy Creature, which affects all non-undead, non-Daedra, non-mechanical creatures, and Frenzy Humanoid, which affects NPCs. Casting this spell on someone is not considered to be an assault. Afflicted targets will often be unable to distinguish friend from foe, and will attack anyone in their way.
[edit] Notes
- Sometimes you need to kill somebody in front of witnesses without being accused of assault. Sometimes, they won't even let you talk to them, let alone attempt to use Persuasion on them. The Frenzy Humanoid was tailor-made for just such a situation.
- Frenzy Creature is not all that useful, as most creatures will attack you anyhow, and generally those that don't you can safely just attack yourself without being accused of assault. The very few remaining creatures, there's almost never any good reason to want to kill them anyhow, unless you're just an evil bastard that likes killing people's pets.
