Germia is an Imperial agent in the Berne Vampire clan. To anyone not of the Berne, she is hostile and will attack on sight. If you are in the clan, she has a small (non-restocking) selection of thieves' tools for sale, provided you have completed The Blood of the Quarra quest for Raxle Berne. Germia is not otherwise involved in any quests and does not provide any unique information.
