Huleeya

Huleeya is an Argonian assassin, and a Thrall in the Morag Tong. He has some useful information regarding the Nerevarine Cult, which you will need to obtain during the Vivec Informants quest. First, however, you'll have to deal with a couple of racist Dunmer who are causing him problems at the Black Shalk Cornerclub on the upper level of the Lower Waistworks in the Foreign Quarter of Vivec. He is a good friend of Jobasha, a Khajiit who owns a book store nearby. Huleeya is also a major trainer in Athletics, a minor trainer in Acrobatics and Sneak, and has a restocking supply of journeyman's Thieves Tools for sale.
