Iulus Truptor is a male Imperial Savant and is responsible for all the Almoner missions for the Imperial Cult. He can be found downstairs at the Chapels in Ebonheart. Like all the Imperial Cult quest-givers, he's unusually pushy, and has most of his dialog in the form of greetings, so he'll annoy you about your duties every time you talk to him. Fortunately, most of his quests can be basically skipped just by handing over your own money. (He never asks for very much, and he's dumb enough to believe whatever you say, even if you never leave the room.) Iulus also offers training and has a few books for sale, but his prices may be a bit high.

• Alms from the Skyrim Mission: Visit the Skyrim Mission in Ebonheart and collect donations for the Cult.
• Alms from the Argonian Mission: Visit the Argonian Mission in Ebonheart and collect donations for the Cult.
• Buckmoth Alms: Visit the citizens of Ald'ruhn and collect donations for the Cult.
• Shirt and Vest for Harvest's End: Collect a red shirt and black vest for the Harvest's End festival.
• Brandy for the Fundraising Dinner: Find and persuade some tavern owners to donate this expensive brandy.
• Donation from Cunius Pelelius: Collect a 500 gold pledge from the owner of the Caldera Mine.
• Pledge from Canctunian Ponius: Collect a 1000 gold pledge from the East Empire Company in Ebonheart.
