Khargol gro-Boguk is a male Orc barbarian living in the Vacant Tower in Dagon Fel. He is the master trainer in Unarmored (100), and also the highest level trainer of Medium Armor (82) in the game. This makes him quite unique, as he is the only person in the game who is the most advanced trainer of two different skills. (Cinia Urtius is listed in the construction set as the master trainer of Medium Armor, but does not exist in game.) Khargol also offers training in Block (82).
