Mark's Vampire Test Cell is a test area used by the developers (not available in-game). ^[edit]

This area is accessible only through the console, by typing the code:

coc "mark's vampire test cell"

This command will teleport you to a room with two vampires and a bed, presumably for testing the Vampire process and dreams.
