Mendel Eves was a hero of the Buoyant Armigers, who got himself killed in the Sixth House stronghold of Tureynulal on the slopes of Red Mountain. Lost along with him was the legendary Cleaver of St. Felms. You will be asked to retrieve it for the Tribunal Temple during the quest of the same name.
