Nivos Drivam

Nivos Drivam is a Dunmer trader who can be found at the Tanners and Miners Hall, located in the eastern corridor of Vivec's St. Olms Canton waistworks. He sells the goods you'd expect at the Tanners and Miners Hall, namely Netch Leather armor and gems. Uniquely, he is the only merchant in the game who deals in armor but not weapons, as well as one of only seven who deal in ingredients, but not potions. Nivos is not involved in any quests and does not provide any unique information.
