1. Talk to Big Helende at Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub in Wolverine Hall for a new job.
2. Steal a recipe of Dispel from the alchemist Anis Seloth in town.
3. Deliver it to Tusamircil at the Mages Guild in the Wolverine Hall.
4. Return to Helende to complete the quest.

Big Helende at Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub in Wolverine Hall asks you to steal a recipe of Dispel from the alchemist Anis Seloth in town. When you get the recipe, deliver it straight to Tusamircil in the Wolverine Hall.

[edit] Potion Recipe

Anis can be found on the other side of town, north of Wolverine Hall. The recipe is in a crate under a plant upstairs (where there are no witnesses fortunately). Tusamircil can be found at the Mages Guild in Wolverine Hall (the only castle in Sadrith Mora). When you enter Wolverine Hall, look for a stairwell which leads up to a door marked Imperial Shrine, enter this door. Once inside, enter the door on your left marked Wolverine Hall. Proceed up the stairwell and enter the first door you see - Mages Guild. Give the recipe to Tusamircil.

Return to Helende for a reward of 500 gold.

If you cleared out the crate before accepting the quest the recipe won't appear no matter what you do. But you can add it to your inventory by using the following console command:

player->AddItem "bk_dispelrecipe_tgca" 1

10	Big Helende told me that a client, Tusamircil, wanted a good recipe for a Dispel potion. The best alchemist in Sadrith Mora is Anis Seloth, and Big Helende thinks I can find this recipe in Anis Seloth's shop.
50	I delivered the potion recipe to Tusamircil.
100	Big Helende thanked me for bringing her a recipe for a Dispel potion.
110	Big Helende was upset that Tusamircil is dead. She says she will continue to give me jobs for now, though.
