Qorwynn is the master trainer of the Enchant skill and can be found near the exit of the Indoranyon Stronghold. Unfortunately, he is hostile and will attack you on sight. Use a Calm Humanoid spell in order to talk with him and receive training. He also offers Enchanting services.
