Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Faral Retheran in the Treasury in the Vivec, Redoran canton for duties.
2. Travel to Falasmaryon.
3. Slay Dagoth Tanis.
4. Locate the body of Irer Nervion, and get his Ancestor Ring.
5. Report back to Faral Retheran.

Detailed Walkthrough

Duties

Faral Retheran in the Redoran Treasury in Vivec, Redoran canton will ask you to kill Dagoth Tanis, an Ascended Sleeper of the Sixth House who can be found in Falasmaryon stronghold. She will also ask you to find a fallen Buoyant Armiger named Irer Nervion in the stronghold.

Dagoth Tanis

Falasmaryon is northeast of Maar Gan, near the Ghostfence. The Dagoth can be found at the bottom of the stronghold near the Sixth House altar.

Irer Nervion

Before or after (it doesn't matter) killing Dagoth Tanis, you will have to find the body of Irer Nervion, who died fighting the Sixth House cultists, and retrieve his Ancestor Ring. To find him, go to the first room on your right from the main entrance.

Return to Retheran in Vivec once you have the Nervion Ancestor Ring and have killed Dagoth Tanis to complete the quest. If you return the Nervion Ancestor Ring to Retheran, she will give you a generic Ancestor's Ring as a reward and you will get a larger disposition and faction reputation boost.

Notes

• Irer is also wearing a glass cuirass, greaves, and boots.

10		Faral Retheran asked me to slay the creature known as Dagoth Tanis in the stronghold of Falasmaryon. To get there I should travel up the Foyada Bani-Dad from Maar Gan and take the first trail from the Foyada that leads north.
