1. Speak to Faral Retheran in the Treasury in the Vivec, Redoran canton for duties.
2. Travel to Tel Uvirith.
3. Slay Reynel Uvirith.
4. Report back to Faral Retheran.

Detailed Walkthrough

Duties

Once the second phase of your stronghold is finished, Faral Retheran in the Redoran Treasury in Vivec, Redoran canton will ask you to kill the Telvanni Wizard Reynel Uvirith in Tel Uvirith.

Destroy the Competition

Tel Uvirith is a tower on the east side of the main island, far southwest of Sadrith Mora and northwest of the Erabenimsun Camp. Travel is long and can be difficult for lower-level characters, especially as there are random Daedra that spawn near to the tower itself. The two closest fast-travel locations are Molag Mar and Sadrith Mora. The route from Molag Mar will result in you encountering more hostile creatures, but the route from Sadrith Mora is longer, and requires swimming. The closest propylon chamber is in Falensarano, to the north.

Reynel Uvirith is in the lower tower.

Return to Retheran in Vivec once the wizard is dead to complete the quest.

Notes

• Probably due to a bug, if you talk with Crassius Curio about Reynel Uvirith after have completed this quest, he thanks you and gives you 1000 gold, with an entry journal for the same Hlaalu Quest.
