1. Speak to Frald the White about Orders.
2. Travel to the Justice offices, Temple Canton.
3. Kill Suryn Athones.
4. Report back to Frald when Suryn is dead.

Frald the White at the Hawkmoth Fort in Ebonheart tells you to kill an Ordinator who has been spreading lies about the Legion.

[edit] Suryn Athones' Slanders

Frald the White wants you to kill the Ordinator Suryn Athones in Vivec. He can be found in the north-western end of the Hall of Justice (Temple Canton), in the Justice Offices. He has his own little office.

If you mention slander to Suryn, he will explain his actions and he may attack you. If he doesn't, you'll need to get him to attack you first to avoid a bounty. Or lure him to somewhere private to do the deed.
