Tel Aruhn is the home of the Telvanni Archmagister, Lord Gothren. It is located on a small island in Zafirbel Bay, to the west of the Telvanni capital of Sadrith Mora. Tel Aruhn itself is a relatively small community, with a variety of interesting services in the wizard tower, and more commonplace supply stores in the houses surrounding it (for those who cannot levitate). While Tel Aruhn is a quiet, scenic place to relax, aside from magical goods, there is little to recommend the island to any serious adventurer. A place to provision, or recover for adventuring in the region, many may find it a good base, more intimate than Sadrith Mora.

[edit] The Tower

Inside the Tower Entry is an Apothecary and an Alchemist. Barusi Venim is an Enchanter and Felara Andrethi is a healer are in Tower Living Quarters. The Telvanni Archmagister Gothren is surrounded by his two Dremora Guards, located beyond the main levitation shaft.

[edit] The Town

The Plot and Plaster is a good pub in the town, however its owner Drarayne Girith is having bad dreams. Maren Uvaren is an Enchanter in her mushroom home, and the stores of a Trader, an Apothecary and a Smith are surrounding the wizard tower. The crafty Savile Imayn is a slave trader at the Slave Market near the entrance to the Underground.

[edit] Notable Figures

Gothren is the procrastination, stalling Master Wizard you'll have to visit to become Telvanni Hortator or to replace him as the new Archmagister.

For a complete list, see People.

[edit] Getting there & Around

The Saucy at the docks can take you to Dagon Fel, Tel Mora and Vos. Nearby Sadrith Mora has an Imperial Cult shrine, which you can teleport to, with a Mages Guild hall nearby, complete with a Guild Guide for those in a hurry to leave.

[edit] Notes

Gothren has a Daedric Dagger, the skill books The Axe Man, 2920, FrostFall, 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 19 and The Final Lesson can be found here. If you are male, Emusette Bracques at the Plot and Plaster may be your true love.

[edit] Places of Interest around Tel Aruhn

  • The cavern of Nammu, on the mainland coast west of Tel Aruhn.
  • There is a large Daedric Shrine to Molag Bal on the second island to the west, and other caves and dwellings on islands nearby, so there is plenty to do, as long as you are willing to get a bit wet.
  • The Grazelands is easily accessible to the north-west, and Molag Amur is accessible to the south-west, accessible meaning short swims between the islands.
