Talk to Aengoth the Jeweler at The Rat in the Pot in Ald'ruhn for a new job.
Go to Llethri Manor to steal some Darts of Judgement from Eindel.
Find the darts on her bed, in the Guard Quarters.
Return to Aengoth to complete the quest.

Aengoth the Jeweler at The Rat in the Pot in Ald'ruhn will ask you to steal some Darts of Judgement from Eindel in the Llethri Manor in Ald'ruhn.

[edit] The Darts of Judgement

The Llethri Manor is just to the left of the Council Chambers in the Manor District. Eindel can be found just to the right of the entrance inside the Manor, but she will tell you nothing of the darts (and doesn't have them on her; time to find out where she sleeps). Eindel keeps the darts lying on her bed in the Guard Quarters (from the Entrance Hall). There are four darts on her bed (last one on the left side from walking in) and watch out for the guards when you steal them.

When you return to Aengoth with the darts, he gives you the choice of keeping them or selling them to the Guild. If you sell them, you'll get 500 gold per dart. He will also remove any bounty you may have incurred during the quest. This is Aengoth's last quest.

Your reward depends on how many darts you decide to turn in. If you keep them all, you can still complete the quest, but you won't get any reward for it. The Faction Reputation may be valuable to characters needing extra due to Guild Conflicts.

The Darts of Judgment are indeed darts and not arrows, as Aengoth refers to them. However, the arrows can still be seen in the Construction Set.
