Far southwest from Ald'ruhn, along the road to Caldera, you'll come across the Argonian, Rasha, who wants you to deliver five Exquisite Shirts to Bivale Teneran in the Ald'ruhn Manor District. He asks you to swear on Zenithar that you will make the delivery. While this oath may not seem important, you will not be able to conduct business in Ald'ruhn until you make the delivery.

Give the shirts to Teneran and receive an enchanted Belt of Iron Will, which has a Fortify Willpower enchantment on it, as your reward.

• These shirts may appear identical to regular Exquisite Shirts, but if you lose them somehow, you cannot just replace them with any Exquisite Shirts. You need the originals. If you've lost them, you can replace them via the console:

player->additem "exquisite_shirt_01_rasha", 5

• If you have the Tribunal expansion or the Game of the Year edition, there is an alternative: Ten-Tongues Weerhat, the Mournhold pawnbroker, has 5 of the same shirts for sale. (These may have been meant to be regular exquisite shirts)
• The name of this quest is most likely an accidental misspelling of the phrase "The Shirt Off His Back".

10		During my travels, I encountered an Argonian trader named Rasha. It seems he's a little behind on his deliveries, and doesn't feel he'll make it to Ald'ruhn in time for his shipment.
20		Rasha has asked me if I'd be willing to deliver his shipment of clothing to Bivale Teneran the clothier in Ald'ruhn. Apparently, Teneran will pay me for the shipment upon delivery.
30		I've agreed to take the clothing shipment, which turns out to be five shirts, to Bivale Teneran in Ald'ruhn. Teneran will compensate me upon delivery.
40		I've decided not to take Rasha's clothing shipment to Ald'ruhn.
100		Rasha's shirts have been successfully delivered to Bivale Teneran the clothier in Ald'ruhn. As payment, she has given me a Belt of Iron Will. Not a bad payment for a delivery job.
