Talk to Kaye at the Imperial Chapels in Ebonheart for a new shrine sergeant mission.
Travel to Asha-Ahhe Egg Mine to take care of a witch named Thelsa Dral.
Find the witch in the mine and kill her.
Return to Kaye to complete the quest.

Kaye at the Imperial Chapels in Ebonheart will ask you to take care of a witch named Thelsa Dral in the Asha-Ahhe Egg Mine south of Khuul. He will give you 300 gold for expenses.

Grab a boat or Silt Strider up to Khuul and head south out of town along the path, past another egg mine (Panud). If you speak with the Miners outside of the mine, you'll get a general idea of what to expect inside. The witch has two bodyguards and is also capable of summoning Dremoras, so be careful.

Once she's dead, return to Kaye to receive Firestone, a magical ring.

If you talk to the two egg miners after clearing out the mine, they will each give you four Large Kwama Eggs.
After completing this quest, be sure to talk to everyone in Khuul about it. Every time you mention it to any resident of this town, you'll get a Disposition boost up to a certain point. This can result in cheaper prices from anyone who provides goods or services, as well as people being more likely to give you useful information.
Kaye states that his men drove a coven of witches from Ashalmawia, but if you travel to the shrine after the quest, the cultists are still there.

1	Kaye has asked me to go to Asha-Ahhe Egg Mine and hunt for a witch named Thelsa Dral. When I am sure she is dead, I should return and report to Kaye.
5	I told Kaye I wasn't going to hunt the witch Thelsa Dral in Asha-Ahhe Egg Mine. He was disappointed, and told me not to come back for at least a day. He told me to decide whether I was serious about serving the Imperial cult before I ask him again for a shrine sergeant mission.
10	When I asked in the village of Khuul about the Ashe-Ahhe Egg Mine, I was told the miners there think the mine is cursed.
15	I spoke to a miner in Ashe-Ahhe Egg Mine. He says there's something evil in the mine. There are voices, but there's nobody there. There are things moving in the dark, but when you shine the light, there's nothing there. The miner mentioned a lake in particular, and said he won't go down there any more.
50	I told Kaye that I found the witch Thelsa Dral in Asha-Ahhe Egg Mine, and made sure she was dead. Kaye seemed glad to see me back safe. He gave me a firestone ring and told me to speak to him again when I am ready for another mission.
