Todd's Super Test Guy is a test-character, who can be found in the ToddTest cell, which can only be accessed via the COC command. He is unique in that he offers every type of service possible, including a merchant of every type of item, training, repairs, enchanting, spellmaking, transport (only to a different location within ToddTest), spell merchant, (not included on the chart because he doesn't actually have any spells to sell.) He's also the richest non-creature merchant in the game, though the only wares he has available are the armor he's wearing and a few weapons.
