Vacant Tower is one of two Dwemer towers located just north of Dagon Fel. ^[edit]

As the name implies, it is predominately vacant aside from a few rats and two items in the lower level consisting of a Amulet of Spell Absorption and Blind Ring.

The Orc Khargol gro-Boguk is a male barbarian living in the top half, accessed through a trapdoor. He is the master trainer in Unarmored (100), and also the highest level trainer of Medium Armor (82) in the game.
