Velfred the Outlaw, a male Nord barbarian, is a smuggler working out of a secluded harbor along the Bitter Coast southwest of Hla Oad. Velfred owes some smuggling fees to House Hlaalu, and Crassius Curio would like your help persuading Velfred to comply with payment. You'll find him aboard his ship, the Grytewake.
