Void Salts are the physical essence of both Storm Atronachs and Winged Twilights, which can be collected from their corporeal remains after you have dispatched them back into Oblivion. Storm Atronachs will have at most one unit of Void Salts on their corpses, while Winged Twlights may have up to three.

* Cienne keeps her ingredients in a chest in her shop, rather than on her person. If you can gain access to this chest without being caught, you will have an endless supply for free.
