Voruse Bethrimo was a Buoyant Armiger serving the Tribunal Temple, who perished at Dagoth Ur's doorstep, deep within his facility in the heart of Red Mountain. With him was lost the legendary Crosier of St. Llothis, which you'll be asked to retrieve during the eponymous quest. Voruse also has a nearly complete set of Glass armor, missing only the bracers and helmet.
