This effect reduces the target's resistance to Common Diseases, making them M% more likely to contract it. This effect is only of relevance when it affects you, the player, because it is impossible for anyone else to actually catch diseases.

• With this spell effect it is actually a lot easier to become infected with Vampirism when playing some of the races which have high disease resistance (e.g. Altmer, Argonian etc.).
