This effect reduces the target's resistance to Common Diseases, making them M% more likely to contract it. This effect is only of relevance when it affects you, the player, because it is impossible for anyone else to actually catch diseases.

Notes

• With this spell effect it is actually a lot easier to become infected with Vampirism when playing some of the races which have high disease resistance (e.g. Altmer, Argonian etc.) or after completing the Corprus Cure (gives you 100% resist common disease) step of the main Quest.
