This beautiful axe is unfortunately not found in the game. It is believed that it may have been intended for a Daedric quest involving either Namira or Nocturnal, or that it may have been something associated with Vampirism. For whatever reason, the plans were scrapped, and this weapon can only be seen in the Construction Set or acquired via console.
