Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to any of the Morag Tong Masters at the guildhalls for a new writ.
2. Go to Shara to execute Tirer Belvayn.
3. Find Tirer in the tower and kill him.
4. Return to any of the Masters to complete the quest.

Writ

Any of the Morag Tong Masters at the guildhalls will give you a writ for Tirer Belvayn, who can be found in the tower of Shara.

Tirer Belvayn

Shara is on the southwest coast of the island of Dagon Fel, north of Vvardenfell (map). Belvayn can be found inside, guarded by three Skeleton Champions and a Daedroth, and he is a powerful mage.

Return to a quest giver to receive 1,000 gold for the writ.

Notes

• If your execution is reported as a crime, you will get only half of the Disposition increase.
