1. Talk to any of the Morag Tong Masters at the guildhalls for a new writ.
2. Go to Shara to execute Tirer Belvayn.
3. Find Tirer in the tower and kill him.
4. Return to any of the Masters to complete the quest.

Any of the Morag Tong Masters at the guildhalls will give you a writ for Tirer Belvayn, who can be found in the tower of Shara.

Shara is on the southwest coast of the Dagon Fel island at the north of the map (Position 25100, 170000). Belvayn can be found inside, guarded by three Skeleton Champions and a Daedroth, and he is a powerful mage.

Return to a quest giver to receive 1,000 gold for the writ.

• If your execution is reported as a crime, you will get only half of the Disposition increase.
