Zanabi is a cave directly westwards over the hills from Balmora. ^[edit]

To get to this cave, you may need to walk around the hills, rather than over them. You will find it just south from the Hlormaren Dunmer stronghold.

Four smugglers and a couple of Nix-Hounds guard a surprisingly large haul of loot. You name it, they're smuggling it - Skooma, Moon Sugar, booze, Dwarven weapons and armor, and plenty of other random stuff.

• Hamlof Red-Tooth can also be found in Oblivion, apparently having reformed his criminal ways and opened a jewelry store in the Imperial City. (Either that or the random name-generator got a duplicate again...)
