[edit] Clowns and Monkeys
Is this dialogue from Burz Gro-Khash triggered by asking him about rumours, or is it an introduction dialogue? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Merco (talk • contribs).
- It's an introduction dialogue (only used the first time you meet Burz), but which dialogue he uses is randomly selected. --NepheleTalk 19:05, 26 October 2007 (EDT)
[edit] Skin
Why is Jiub's skin tone a more light-brown, but the actuall skin tone for a dark elf is more of a grey / slate-blue?
- That's because of the lighting in the prison ship. --Gaebrial 05:17, 22 January 2008 (EST)
[edit] Look-Alike?
I have removed the sentence stating that before chargen you look like Jiub. As far as I can tell this is wrong. You do start as a Dark Elf male, but you have head_01 and hair_01 whereas Jiub has head_10 and hair_02. And of course the player also has a shirt and shoes.
[edit] Pronounciation?
How is Jiub pronounced? I've always said Jie-ub, but ive heard others say jee-oob or jee-ub or maybe even jie-oob??? Strange question, I know. - Lordjiub
- I've always said "Jee-ub" with the first syllable sounding like the letter G and a short U sound for the second syllable. -- --Mebestien 15:18, 1 October 2008 (EDT)
- I say it like /dʒɪərʌb/ (Jee-ubb). Is there any way to find out? Ask the Elder Scrolls staff or something? C Teng [talk] 23:27, 3 October 2008 (EDT)

- Burz gro-Khash says "Jib" ("...I'm in charge of this St. Jiub's Fair"). Elves say it something like "Jurb" - not a rounded "r", more like to rhyme with "kerb", at least the way I say it. It's certainly one syllable anyway ("Even St. Jiub, who drove..."). Unfortunately there aren't any helpful script notes. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 03:11, 4 October 2008 (EDT)
