Beware of possible DRM issues, when buying from Direct Song[edit]

I bought the soundtrack at Direct Song and it was the WORST customer experience I had on Internet. The site doesn't warn properly customers about the characteristics of the files they offer and the operative system you need. Plus the files have some technical problem with the DRM's permissions, so you are not able to even burn on a CD some of them. I am a Macintosh's user and was finally never able to use the songs and lost my money. Be careful when buying at Direct Song— Unsigned comment by 201.252.160.71 (talk)

Can you burn all the tracks on Windows? C Teng [talk] 20:58, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
I can report no negative experience with DirectSong. It came up as a single Flush object and no more, so it was Alt-F4. Seriously though, if I ever bought downloads they would have to be no-hassle, well-encoded plain files. --92.78.3.158 17:29, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
